Character Creation

Begin your fitness journey with a personalized strategy session where we'll discuss your current stats and desired achievements. Together, we'll identify your main quest objectives, whether it's strength building, endurance training, or overall health improvement. During this session, we'll analyze your current routine, nutrition habits, and lifestyle to create your perfect character build. This is where we determine which of our programs, including our unique Dungeons & Fitness adventures, best aligns with your goals

Choose Your Path

Based on your character creation session, we'll design a custom training program that fits your schedule and preferences, whether you prefer training at home or at your local gym. Your program will include personalized weekly workout plans, tailored nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins to keep you on track. Our programs range from monthly passes to our epic 12-week Mythic Quest campaigns, each designed to make fitness feel like an adventure rather than a chore. You'll have daily access to your trainer for questions, support, and guidance throughout your journey.

Your transformation begins with full access to your personalized training program, complete with workout plans, nutrition guidance, and community support. Join our guild of like-minded adventurers who are all working towards their own fitness quests, with access to our virtual training platform and daily trainer support. You'll track your progress through various campaigns, earning rewards for consistency and facing exciting challenges that keep you motivated. Whether you're following our Strength/Power, Strength/Endurance, or Calisthenics/Mobility path, every workout brings you closer to your goals.
